what: Shipped iPhone and iPad product for setting a weekly Eff target, planning Today, and tracking completed effort.
why: I wanted everyday work to accumulate into a clear, reviewable weekly picture instead of disappearing into a task list.
built: Saved Activities, weekday schedules, quick logging, History charts, Partner and Group Circles, local-first sync, offline recovery, notifications, and account controls.

what: Multi-agent system for gathering market information, evaluating signals, producing trade recommendations, and paper-trading through Alpaca.
why: Test whether a market-research workflow could be decomposed into explicit roles without hiding decision authority or risk controls.
built: Research and portfolio-management agents, external news and market-data integrations, scheduled execution, persistent storage, and position-size guardrails.
stage: Prototype · Active

A local-first Python CLI that turns one X account's complete bookmark collection into files you own.

what: Exports bookmarks to Obsidian-ready Markdown and versioned JSONL through the official X API.
why: Preserve a personal bookmark collection as deterministic, reviewable local files instead of leaving it trapped in a hosted timeline.
built: OAuth with PKCE, OS credential storage, complete-scan cost warnings, resumable staging, conflict-safe reconciliation, and no hosted credentials.

A browser extension for summarizing articles, URLs, and selected text with configurable summary controls and store-ready distribution.

what: Chrome and Firefox extension for fast article, URL, and selected-text summarization.
why: Designed for readers who want faster comprehension without giving up control of their browser workflow.
built: Summary controls, keywords, clipboard actions, browser extension packaging, and distribution surfaces. Features include Summarize selected text, Quick copying of the current URL, Setting length of summary and number of keywords returned, Filtering sentences containing quotes, exclamations, or questions, Copying the summary to the clipboard, and Copying the top keywords.
privacy: The extension does not track information about the user, previous summaries, or browsing history. It is not the official SMMRY extension and is not endorsed by SMMRY.

Duclade

A collaborative writing platform concept for branching stories, reader-created paths, and community-built narrative loops.

what: A branching story platform where readers can continue, fork, and remix narrative paths.
why: Explores what happens when reading, writing, and remixing stories become part of the same product loop.
built: Branching content model, community contribution loop, user interviews, backend and frontend, and AWS deployment.
outcome: Early interest did not become sustained adoption. The project remains a useful example of full-stack ownership and honest product-market-fit evaluation.
